My Top 3 Workout Channels on YouTube
Ok
so summer is finally here and everyone has worked themselves up into a frenzy
trying to get summer time fine and bikini bodied. I won’t lie I’ve been trying
to get more fit and healthier as well. Not only so I look good on the beach but
so I feel good too. The baby is going to be 6 months this week and well I could
stand to lose a few more lbs!
Over
the course of my journey to get fit I’ll be sharing with you what I’m doing to
reach my ideal look. Yes, I said look
because I personally don’t go by how much I weigh I go off of how I look in my
clothes. This week I’ll share my workouts with you.
Currently
I work out 4 times a week first thing in the morning before I do anything else.
I used to go to the gym A LOT but I realized I was spending a lot of money for
what I could be doing at home. There are a few workout channels on YouTube that
I watch and love! Nothing is better than working out in the comfort of your own
home while you look a hot sweaty mess. Look below for my 3 favorite channels

This workout is high intensity but fun! You'll be sweating more than you every thought you could!
These girls are awesome. I really like their works outs. They have videos that target specific areas.

I love that you shared these. You go girl and I am so ecstatic to hear that you're accomplishing those fit goals. I love Casey Ho she is such an inspiration to me, I always to do her videos, they're so fun and uplifting. Definitely my favorite. The dance workouts at the top are always so fun too, they really get you sweating and aching. so fun to do first thing in the morning, it just gets your day started off right.
