Mermaid Makeup Tutorial for Halloween

I love to dress up and love doing my makeup even more. I'm working on some really fun looks for Halloween this year. My main focus is on the makeup. Let's face it, costumes can be super expensive so the looks I've come up with won't cost a lot to achieve. While I'm working on new Halloween tutorials for YouTube I wanted to share this costume with you from last year. It's a really fun glam mermaid makeup tutorial! I made the wig and seashell bra myself so I'm a bit proud of the whole look. Which is why  I'm sharing it again.
