A Few Of My Favorite Things | Christmas Favorites

   Ok maybe not a few of my favorite things but I couldn't think of anything cute and Christmasy for the title. For group things like 12 Days of Blogmas each day or prompt is open to your own interpretation. Today we’re talking Christmas Favorites. I decided to find a Christmas Favorites tag and answer the questions. I figured it would cover all things Christmas. What is your favorite holiday movie?

My all time favorite holiday movie is The Polar Express. I love movies that are full of magic and get you in the holiday spirit.

What is your favorite Christmas Color?

I love the color red but believe it or not I don’t decorate my house in traditional Christmas colors. I usually do turquoise, pink, purple and silver. However, if I'm going to a holiday party I'm most definitely wearing a red dress! 

Do you stay in your PJs or dress up for Christmas?

My family and I used to stay in our PJs all day now we only do it for part of the day. My youngest daughter’s birthday is on Christmas so now we dress up later in the day for her birthday.

If you could only buy one person a present this year who would it be?

I wouldn’t want any of my kids feeling bad so it wouldn’t be anyone in my family. I would find someone in need and buy for them.

Do you open your presents Christmas Eve or Christmas morning?

We have to wait for Santa so we wait until Christmas morning.

Have you ever built a Ginger Bread house?

Yes, more than I can count!

What do you like to do on your Christmas break?

I’m a mom so I don’t get a break but when the kids go on break we watch Christmas movies, bake and play games.

Any Christmas wishes?

Only for my family and friends to have an amazing Christmas and all their wishes to come true in the New Year.

Favorite Christmas Smell?

I love the smell of anything sweet during the holidays. Right now I am obsessed with the Salted Caramel candle from Bath and Body Works!

Salted Caramel candles will have your house smelling like a bakery!

Favorite Meal or Christmas treat?

It’s no secret I love to eat! My favorite Christmas meal consists of Ham, Homemade Mac n’ cheese, collard greens, sweet potatoes, wild rice and cranberry sauce.

Favorite Christmas song?

Baby it’s cold outside! One of my favorite versions is when Blaine and Kurt sang it on Glee!
