Jackpot Candle Review and Giveaway

   What’s better than a fabulous smelling candle? A fabulous smelling candle with a gift inside! That’s what you get from Jackpot Candles.

    Here’s the deal, you choose your candle scent, and the jewelry item you’d like to have placed inside. You’re choices are a ring, necklace or earrings. You get your candle, let it burn and after a few hours you see your surprise.

   In my case I chose the Sweet Pea candle and let me tell you, it smells just like the lotion from Bath and Body Works. I requested a ring in a size 6. When my candle arrived I was really shocked at how large and heavy it was. This candle is going to last me a really long time and once I’m done with it I will repurpose the glass.

   It took about 4 hours of burning but after patiently waiting I saw a wad of foil and fished it out with my tweezers. I opened it to find the cutest little ring in a little bag. That’s not where the fun ends thou. Each piece of jewelry is said to be valued between $15 and $5,000. Attached to my ring was a sticker with a number. I went to the web site under the “Appraise” tab and typed in my number to find out that my ring is worth $17.

   To be honest I wasn’t at all disappointed to find out that I’m not walking around with a huge diamond on my finger.  My ring is lovely and the whole experience was really fun and my candle smells amazing.
