FitTea 14 Day Detox Review #FitTeaDetox
When the
New Year comes the number one resolution on just about everyone’s list is to
lose weight. If it were easy to do we wouldn’t make such a big deal about it
every year. Truth is it can be hard to lose weight and it’s even harder to
stick with it. While we all wish there were a magic concoction we could drink
that would melt the pounds away, there’s not. However, I may have found
something that comes close.
I have been
doing the FitTea 14 Day Detox and I have nothing bad to say about it.
I’ll be the
first to admit I can be pretty skeptical about drinks that encourage weight
loss. Looking at the ingredients in some weight loss drinks can be pretty
scary. I highly recommend speaking with a doctor before trying out any diets or
supplements.
I like FitTea
because it is an all-natural detox tea.
What it claims to do:
- - Give you energy
- - Boost your metabolism
- - Aids in digestive health
- - Boosts fat loss naturally in problem areas
- - Boosts Immune system
Organic Green Tea, Oolong Wu Yi, Organic Rooibos, Ginger,
Pomegranate, Guarana, Birch, Stevia, Corn and Honey Powder.

FitTea is bagless so use a strainer |
The
instructions for the detox are pretty simple; drink the tea in the morning or
before a work out. I wanted to make sure I drank it everyday in the morning so
I substituted my morning coffee for FitTea. You have to drink plenty of water
with this because that is going to help you detox.

Enjoying my morning tea and the cool weather |
I honestly feel like FitTea can do what it
claims. I personally felt a boost in my metabolism. In the beginning of the
detox I was eating all of my regular meals (and skipping breakfast, I know
shame on me). After a few days into the detox I woke up in the mornings hungry
and found myself snacking through out the day. The only time I have felt like
that is when I used to work out 5
times a week. With in the first week of drinking FitTea I noticed my tummy (my
problem area) was a bit flatter. I measured myself on day one and by the end of
the detox I lost an inch around my waist. So when FitTea says, “Give us a few
weeks and we’ll give you a new waistline” they won’t get any arguments from me.
I didn’t do any full blown work outs while detoxing but I did my usual squats,
planks and crunches.
When I told
people I was doing this detox the first question they asked was “How does it
taste?” It actually tastes really good. I love sweet drinks but wanted to make
sure I did this right so I used honey to sweeten my tea instead of sugar and it
was perfect!
If you’re
looking for something to help with your weight lose efforts try FitTea 14 Day
Detox. There is also a 28-day detox for those of you a bit more ambitious. For
those of you non-caffeine drinkers there is also a FitTea caffeine free
alternative.
If you
decide to try FitTea or you already have let me know what your thoughts are.
I wish I was a green tea fan. My daughter is! I love that it's mixed with other tea flavors that might make me more apt to try it. I've never done a long term detox this one sounds doable.
