#BigBlogmasProject2014: My 7 Must Watch Holiday Movies

To say I’m a little behind in the #BigBlogmasProject2014 would be one heck of an understatement. To be honest it has been kind of hard to pull myself out from all of the Christmas activities, birthday planning and gift-wrapping to come up for air. Now until the end of the year my posts will probably go up late at night instead of in the early morning like I usually do.

While I’ve been in the holiday spirit I’ve been doing a lot of movie watching with the family. My goal was to watch a Christmas movie everyday until the 25^th. It hasn’t worked out that way but I still have at least been watching my favorites. So between Netflix and my DVD collection here are my 7 Favorite Holiday Movies.

The Nightmare Before Christmas – Who doesn’t love Jack Skellington?! He’s so awesome and quite dapper.

A Christmas Story – It just doesn’t feel like Christmas until you hear “You’ll shoot your eye out.” Ralphie was a good kid.

It’s a Wonderful Life – Did you grow up ringing bells just so angels could get their wings?

Miracle on 34^th Street – Everyone should believe in Santa.

 Christmas with the Kranks – I wish I lived in a cute little town like the Kranks. Although, I find it so weird that the neighbors were all up in the Kranks’ business when they decided not to celebrate Christmas.

This Christmas – I love this movie because it’s full of family drama and the mama reminds me of myself with a house full of kids.

 The Polar Express – This movie is so magical!! As I’ve explained before, it is a tradition in our home to watch this every Christmas Eve with our fresh baked sugar cookies and hot cocoa. It’s the last thing we do for the night before the kids go to bed.
