Ipsy Glam Bag Review for October

Product: Mineral Shimmers by Bella Terra Mineral Cosmetics in Navy Retails for $14.99 (Price Online). I’m sure I’ve mentioned before that I love this cosmetics brand. Seeing as how the eye shadow is $14.99 and I got the whole bag for $10.00 it’s a win win situation. The color is a beautiful shimmery navy blue and very pigmented. As long as Ipsy keeps sending these in my bag I’ll never have to purchase another one. As with most mineral eye shadows the company states you can use this product 8 different ways. I’ve never tried using it as anything but eye shadow but maybe one day I’ll try it as a nail polish and let you know how it works out.

Product: Coastal Scents Medium Shadow Brush Retails for $2.49. I have a very strong love of make up brush. If you’re doing make up all of the time you can never have too many brushes. This is the first time I’ve used Coastal Scents and I have no complaints about this brush. There has been no shedding and its densely packed helping my eye shadow application to be amazing! And at $2.49 you’re getting your moneys worth and then some. I plan on buying more of these.

Product: Eco Beauty Oil Free Face Cleanser by LA Fresh pack of 30 Retails for $9.99. These worked pretty well when removing my make up at the end of the day. I didn’t notice any tremendous difference between these and others that I have used. Just like any face wipe they removed all of my make up except my mascara. Will I purchase these in the future? If there’s nothing else available I would.

Product: Spray Clay Texturizing Spray by Sexy Hair Travel size Retails for $8.00. I can’t review this one for you because it’s not something that I would use. I don’t put hair spray in my hair so this product is a miss for me this month. However for those of you that would like to try it I could only find the travel size online at Ulta.

Product: Nail Polish by Zoya in Mason Retails for $8.00. I actually like this nail polish a lot. It went on smooth and after only 2 coats was quite opaque. The color really popped after I applied my OPI topcoat. What I liked best about this polish is its staying power. It took a few days for me to see any chipping and that was only on 2 of my nails. I went over those nails with another coat and went on about my life. The Ipsy team was spot on with this item for me this month. I plan on purchasing this in the future.
